There are thousand of sites that publicly lists mp3 and other file types for free download, both legal and illegal copies. Whether any particular file is legal for you to download is a decision you need to make for yourself. Either way, they are out there and available.
Finding them is obviously another matter and when you do you should make sure that you don’t violate any license or copyright issues.
Having said that, I was wondering if there is any interest for a software program that does this for you (search, click and download)
