How to File Player Reports

Hey guys. This is the Player Reports forum and you should only be here if you are part of the Loljo Staff Team. Anyway, the following is the format for doing reports:

First of all, this is how the title should look: [Player’s Username] (Grief/Spam/Cussing/Racism/etc.)

Example: NikolajTheGuy (Grief)

Now here’s what the rest should look like:

Date: [mm/dd/yr]

Username: [Player’s Username]

What did they do?

What was done to the player? [Banned, Muted, Jailed] Who punished them?

Screenshots: [Place screenshots here] Use Imgur!!!

Additional Information: [Place anything else here, if necessary]
